New Year’s Resolutions

  1. Get up 30 minutes earlier for meditation/quiet time.
  2. Continue building up my running routine, until I’m running 30 minutes straight. (Estimated time: 3 months)
  3. Eat more vegetables. My plate: 1/2 veggies, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs.
  4. Take more photographs. (Try the 365 project. Again.)
  5. Drink less Starbucks. (Which, consequently, mean I need to GET MORE SLEEP.)
  6. Eat out less.
  7. Dive back into yoga. Now that I’m back into a running routine, I need to add a day or two of yoga.
  8. Reduce my use of plastics and disposable products. (Use stuff from e.g., http://ping.fm/ICkJe)
  9. Focus on the stuff I love to do (rather than splitting my attention among 10,000 things).
  10. Figure out what I love to do.
